Suzhou Energy Tool Co., Ltd . (short for “ENG ” ) is a high-tech company formed by a group of drill bit experts with over 20 years of work experience in the world's top oil service companies. ENG has cooperated with many research institutes at home and has formed an advanced technological system based on market-oriented and continuously promoting technological innovation and product improvement. ENG‘S bits production lines are equipped with 5-axis machining centers, Modern lathes, and FMS (Flexible manufacturing system ) and can produce matrix body and steel body PDC bits from 3-1/4” to 26” in diameter.
ENG has been keeping on producing high-quality products to meet the buyer diffferent requirement of different drilling well and rock fromation . The company’s QMS has been award API, ISO 9001 certification for many years. ENG has Obtained 21 patents by Chinese government .On the products Research and Development, ENG has built the basis of 3-dimensional CAD and PDM (Product Data Management ), can technically control the whole process of product manager, so that the product development can be done in a fast and precise manner to maximally meet the time and function requirement of the market for product lifecycle management.
ENG developed different performance series PDC cutters for PDC bit to meet different drilling applications and drilling requirements of different formations. Some PDC Cutter is imported from the USA Or Europe. ENG's advantage is high product quality, short delivery time, small lot, and multi-types. The products have been exported to over 10 countries Such as the USA, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Argentina, and so on.

Energy Company was formed by Mr Jim Who has worked in USA as the drilling tool Designer for over 14 years. With USA patens , He has been back home to work on Manufacutre the PDC and tricone Bit which histroy process as below :
