Description :
There are six different types of core bits that can be manufactured, depending on the application area and the cutting media used on the core bits:
- Impregnated Diamond Type
- Surface set Diamond Type
- Tungsten Carbide Type
- PDC Type
- PCD Type
- Electroplated Diamond Type
Overall drilling system typically consists of drill rods, core bits, reaming shells, core barrels, and drilling rig.
For drilling materials including rock, concrete, limestone, granite, marble, clay, basalt, schist, and quartz, among others, core bits are employed.

- For medium to hard and dense formations such as shale, mudstone, limestone, sandstone, dolomite, anhydrite, siltstone, and mudstone.

Core PDC drill Bit has a shallow parabolic profile and medium cutter density, designed for coring the medium hard
formation . Utilizing different patented PDC cutters enhance the bit’s ability to drill in hard formations.
High quality TSP in the inner blade and gauge has high wear-resistant for longer bit life.The uniquenozzle design improved the cleaning and cooling ,enhanced the ability cuttings evacuation.
